Ingredients
  

  • 500g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250ml water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 100g mozzarella cheese (fresh)
  • 100g tomato sauce (homemade)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 50g prosciutto (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the wood-fired oven to 800°F (425°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, water, and olive oil until the dough forms. Let it rest for 2 hours.
  • Roll out the dough and spread tomato sauce evenly on top.
  • Add mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
  • Bake in the wood-fired oven for 6-8 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil. Serve hot.

Notes

For a smokier flavor, cook the pizza closer to the wood fire.
