Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bread flour
  • 1 packet Yeast
  • 1 ½ cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough:

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add water and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 1 hour.

Preheat the Oven:

  • Heat your oven or grill to its highest setting (450°F - 500°F) or use a brick oven for best results.

Shape the Pizza:

  • Divide the rested dough into portions. Roll and stretch each portion into a circular shape.

Add Toppings:

  • Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the dough, followed by slices of fresh mozzarella and any additional toppings.

Bake:

  • Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

Serve:

  • Let cool for a minute, slice, and enjoy the flavors of Soprano's right at home!
