  • Mixing bowl (for seasoning shrimp)
  • Sharp knife (for slicing vegetables)
  • Cutting board

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sriracha aioli or lime-cilantro dressing
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Warm tortillas in a pan for 1-2 minutes or until soft.
  • Season cooked shrimp with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  • Place shrimp in the center of each tortilla.
  • Add lettuce, tomato, red onion, and avocado on top.
  • Drizzle with sriracha aioli or lime-cilantro dressing.
  • Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly into a wrap.
  • Serve as-is or cut in half and enjoy!
