- 1 lb cooked shrimp
- 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup sriracha aioli or lime-cilantro dressing
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lime juice
Warm tortillas in a pan for 1-2 minutes or until soft.
Season cooked shrimp with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
Place shrimp in the center of each tortilla.
Add lettuce, tomato, red onion, and avocado on top.
Drizzle with sriracha aioli or lime-cilantro dressing.
Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly into a wrap.
Serve as-is or cut in half and enjoy!
