- 500g flour (high-quality wheat)
- 300ml water
- 7g yeast
- 10g salt
- 10ml olive oil
Toppings
- 200g San Marzano tomatoes
- 150g fresh mozzarella
- Fresh basil leaves
- 50ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the Dough
