Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough

  • 500g flour (high-quality wheat)
  • 300ml water
  • 7g yeast
  • 10g salt
  • 10ml olive oil

Toppings

  • 200g San Marzano tomatoes
  • 150g fresh mozzarella
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 50ml olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough

  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt. Slowly add water and olive oil, kneading until smooth.
  • Let the dough rise for 2 hours.

Preheat the Brick Oven

  • Preheat your brick oven to 500°F (260°C) with the pizza stone inside.

Prepare the Sauce and Toppings

  • Crush San Marzano tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  • Slice fresh mozzarella.

Assemble the Pizza

  • Roll out the dough, spread the tomato sauce, and evenly distribute mozzarella and fresh basil.

Bake the Pizza

  • Slide the pizza onto the hot stone in the brick oven.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Drizzle with olive oil before serving.

Notes

For an extra crispy crust, allow the dough to rise overnight in the fridge. Serve with a side of arugula salad for a complete Italian experience.
