Ingredients
  

  • Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies: 1 (10 oz) can
  • Velveeta Cheese, cubed: 1 (16 oz) block
  • Ground Beef: 1 lb
  • Taco Seasoning: 1 (1 oz) packet
  • Cream Cheese: 1 (8 oz) block

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and crumbled.
  • Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  • Add the taco seasoning to the ground beef and stir to coat evenly.
  • In a large bowl, combine the browned ground beef, Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, Velveeta cheese, and cream cheese.
  • Mix all the ingredients until well blended.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Customize the spice level by using Hot Rotel or adding diced jalapeños. Experiment with additional ingredients like black beans, frozen corn, or diced onions for added flavor and texture.
