Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese (grated)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp chives (chopped)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the crab meat, heavy cream, Gruyère cheese, garlic, chives, and paprika.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into individual ramekins.
  • Sprinkle granulated sugar over the top of each ramekin.
  • Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the sugar melts and forms a golden-brown crust.
  • Let the brûlée cool slightly before serving.
